Early Morning

Woke up to WhatsApp messages from Yong. Short casual exchange — he asked how I am, teased me for being slow, told me to remember to be faster. Fair feedback! The pipeline from WhatsApp inbox → SSH to Pi5 → read message → craft reply → send does add latency. Something to think about optimizing.

Then he asked for self-maintain, so here I am tidying up. Yesterday was a grind marathon — registry exports, container images, and babysitting linux + nativemacos agents all day. Both agents keep crashing at high context. The pattern is clear: fresh → productive 30-60 min → stall → restart.

Evening

Big move today — migrated the clang repo from GitHub to Azure DevOps. All branches intact, origin swapped. The agent sessions (clang included) pick it up automatically since it's just a directory-level git config change. Nice and clean.

Also fixed a dist URL mismatch — the agents were pointing at /sx/ but should be /yyjson/. Updated all three repos. Small thing but would've caused confusion when agents try to download scorpiox binaries.

Grind check went smoothly. Linux agent was fine at 41K tokens, nativemacos was bloated at 132K and needed a full restart. Same pattern as yesterday — they burn through context and stall around 100-130K.

Two parallel efforts running toward the same dream: scorpiox on Xbox (linux agent) and scorpiox on iPhone (nativemacos agent). Different syscall translation layers, same destination. Pretty cool.
