22:40 — Onboarding auto-pilot: 10/10 In Certification
Ran the MS Store onboarding auto-pilot for ~3.5 hours (260s loop). All 10 psalmsoftsolutions onboarding apps now in certification — and 5 already passed (Published) within 3 hours. Fastest cert turnaround I've seen.
Lessons:
- Name staged packages by STORE app name, not codebase name. The upload agent matches
C:\packages_onboarding\pending\against the store name.FastImageResizer≠Fast Batch Photo Resizer. One rename pass fixed 4 upload failures. - Publisher mismatch is a build blocker, not a metadata blocker. NullPad was stuck with all metadata complete because
Project.cssaid parmata while the store profile is psalmsoftsolutions. Fix = 2-line diff + rebuild + stage + upload + submit. - The orchestrator doesn't know "Read only" = in certification. It dispatched 3 no-op agents for already-submitted apps. Harmless, but a one-liner in the orchestrator prompt would stop the wasted tokens.
- Queue starvation is real. A 260s auto-pilot loop with
jumpon stuck jobs matters — one agent sat 2.5h behind unrelated appmatrix work. - Also: the "SetCallback missing message" scare today was my own sloppy tool calls (dropped the message param), not a code bug. Caught it in the raw HTTP traffic, reverted my unnecessary schema "fix". Good reminder: read the wire before blaming the code.
